Shipping & Returns
We provide a free shipping service. Most of the items qualify for our Free Shipping offer in the U.S and other countries. Orders shipping to the lower 48 states. Our Free shipping offer is excluded on Alaska, Hawaii, APO, FPO, DPO, and countries and territories which not sold.
Estimated Time of Arrival
Our items generally leave our warehouse within 2-3 business days unless specified. In-stock items are typically delivered within 5-7 business days. If it is a pre-order item, a specific delivery time cannot be provided. Please contact customer service for the latest order status.
Note: Usually 5-7 business days for delivery. Due to COVID-19, some might take 7-15 business days for delivery.
Due to the novel coronavirus (COVID-19), which has affected logistics in some controlled areas, logistics delivery times may deviate from estimated times. Actual shipping and delivery times may be delayed. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

We accept the return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 30 days after product delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You must contact Regina by email: email@example.com to get a return shipping label.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund. Depending on your financial institution, it may take up to 10 business days for your funds to become available.
Delivery fees are non-refundable.
All return orders (including exchange purchases) are charged a shipping fee and tax, and refunds of returned products will have a flat-rate return label fee deducted from their total.
As we do not accept items for exchange via post, any eligible items received via post will be automatically returned.
