About Shipping Fee   

There are the following two modes of transportation.

1) Free shipping standard: Shipping cost: 0 USD(Free Shipping)

 (except Puerto Rico, Guam and Hawaii).

Buy any product from our website, you can enjoy free color matching service. Up to 10-15 working days worldwide (depending on your location).

2) DHL Shipping: Freight: 20 USD

You can also choose international express DHL, we will deliver the goods for you as soon as possible. This may take 3-7 business days to complete globally (depending on your location). Currently, we will charge a shipping fee of $20.

About Shipping Time

Usually, we will ship the goods within 2-3 working days. Airmail usually does not exceed 40 working days, and express mail does not exceed 7 working days.

Customs clearance and import duties

Regina does not add any taxes, value-added tax, or other hidden fees. The total order amount you see on the checkout page (i.e., product subtotal + shipping) is the amount you paid us. However, for international shipments, the recipient is responsible for all customs fees in his/her country/region. Sometimes products of a certain value, or in certain categories, are not taxed.

Import duties and value-added tax may or may not be levied and will only be determined when the goods pass through the customs of your country/region. Please check the import policy of your country/region to understand your responsibilities.

All duties and taxes collected are borne by you (the buyer) and should be paid directly to the buyer’s government or courier company when the goods are delivered.

Regina is not responsible for any shipping or customs delays, as this is beyond our control.

Customs Detained

But if the goods sold are detained by the customs for any reason, we promise:

· If your goods are destroyed by the customs, you (the buyer) and me (the seller) will bear half of the loss.

· If the goods are returned to us from customs for some reason, we will confirm with you how to deal with the problem. We can reschedule the shipping or refund to your PayPal account for you.

Tracking Your Package

You will receive an e-mail containing your tracking number as soon as the shipping label is printed. You can track your package here: https://www.17track.net/en

This tracking information may take up to 12 hours to become available.

Or you can check your order easily via the online tracking page. Enter your Order ID, type your email and click “TRACK”. You will get your order details and the tracking number. Click “Track” on the page to track your shipment in detail.

Issues with Tracking Information

We are always happy to help, but unfortunately, we only have access to the same tracking information you have. We ask that you please try to resolve any issue with the carrier directly. If all else fails, please contact our support team directly for assistance at support@leather-purse.com

Please ensure your address details are correct as once the parcel is on its way we cannot redirect it. All orders will only be dispatched to the address given at the checkout. It is your responsibility to check and verify. Should any loss be incurred due to the input of an incorrect address or a fraudulent transaction, you will be held responsible as the sole bearer of the pecuniary loss.

Note: Please do not enter any PO Box address, to which your package can’t be dispatched by any express.

Normally the orders that have been shipped out (you have received the tracking number or your order status is completed) cannot be canceled. If you have to refuse delivery after the package is dispatched from Regina due to force majeure, you are subject to the return and refund policies and must pay for the original shipping charges, which will be deducted from your refund.

Lost Packages

Regina will not be responsible for any items damaged or lost during transit. Any claims should be filed with the respective carrier. Please note that you will be required to sign for your package upon delivery. If you are not at home at the time of delivery and do not receive your package, we will send you an email to notify you of it. You can contact the delivery company to arrange another delivery.

If you do not contact the delivery company within 5 days after the delivery attempt, they may return the goods to us. A return charge may be assigned to us which may be twice the delivery cost. If in the case of this happens, we reserve the right to ask you to pay the returning charge plus an additional cost for redelivery before we can re-dispatch the item to you.

When the goods are delivered you are responsible for checking that the order is complete and un-damaged. You should check the goods carefully for any visible damage and the contents if possible before you accept the delivery. Should there be any damage to the goods at the point of delivery, you have the right to refuse the goods and let the delivery person know the reason(s) for refusal. Alternatively, you may sign for the goods as ‘UNCHECKED’ at the time of accepting the delivery, you meanwhile accept that the order is completed.

If the product(s) you have ordered are not available at the time of placing your order for any reason, you will be contacted by email or telephone within the same or next working day. We will advise you of the estimated delivery time and if this is not satisfactory you will have the right to cancel your order without any obligations and a full refund will be issued.

Following a successful transaction you will be notified when your order has been dispatched and provided with a tracking number, if you do not receive a tracking number within 48 hours of completing your purchase, we ask that you first check your email “Junk/Spam” folder and then contact us.
